Foundations course

A course that explores yoga in depth - an immersion into the roots of the practice through learning the correct alignment and the unification of all elements to facilitate the space and strength for growth. It aims to find the sacred in the simple.

The course will cover:

  • Basic standing postures, forward folds, torsions, extensions, and inversions.

  • Introduction to mantra chanting, philosophy and meditation.

  • Pranayama - breathing exercises to balance and calm our systems.
